New Clients and client that have not had a residential standard or recurring clean will need to book an Initial First Clean

Kitchen

Cobweb Removal
Clean sink and faucet
Clean countertops including backsplash and walls behind them
Clean exterior of refrigerator, dishwasher, oven
Clean stove top and oven range including burner/grates
Wipe down exterior of cabinets and drawers
Wipe down exhaust hood
Wipe down all small appliances
Clean inside and outside of microwave
Clean baseboards
Clean outlets and switches
Empty trash

Bathrooms

Cobweb Removal
Clean sink, faucet, and countertops
Clean all mirrors and glass surfaces
Wipe down exterior of cabinets and drawers
Clean inside and outside of the toilet, bathtub, shower, shower doors
Dust light fixtures and exterior of fan
Clean outlets and switches
Clean baseboards
Vacuum and mop floors
Empty trash

Bedrooms/Office/Closets

Cobweb Removal
Dust horizontal surfaces
Dust light fixtures and ceiling fans
Clean switches and outlets
Clean all mirrors and glass surfaces
Clean Baseboards
Vacuum all floors and mop where applicable

Dining Room/Living Room/ Common Areas

Cobweb Removal
Dust horizontal surfaces
Vacuum or dust all upholstery including sofas, chairs, and cushions
Polish any wooden furniture, including tables and bookshelves. (Client to supply preferred furniture polish)
Dust light fixtures and ceiling fans
Clean switches and outlets
Clean baseboards
Vacuum all floors and mop where applicable
Dust stair railing (when applicable)

Laundry Area

Wipe down exterior of washer and dryer
